A high Performers principle: find the strengths.
Strength and weakness are opposite ends of the same line. They know 'weakness' has a strength inside. They find the line.
Fixing 'weakness' is the never ending gerbil wheel. To the high performer finding 'weakness' is opportunity to accelerate.
For example a successful rowing athlete, highly anxious weeks before each competition. Her and her coach and psychologist reframed the opportunity; fix or create?
An opportunity for ‘more evidence more often’. For 3 weeks before competition they tripled the evidence she received. A strength that worked only for her and she felt was her 'secret' to performance preparation.
There are always problems to fix. High performers reframe and see the opportunity to create!
