I love what I hear and learn from the people I work with. In a coaching session with a CEO exploring how his team was changing. 'Conflict in my team has now become productive'.
Like learning from loss in sport. If the plants have no droughts or challenge their roots are too weak. When water is sparse, or winning has dried up, the roots reach for new ground.
And for high performing teams conflict is the gateway to fertile land! Walking through the gate is simpler than walking around it.
