High performers have inner purpose.

The medal is a ‘currency’ but not the main thing. It is a symbol. The ‘values they value’ drive real high performers.

What values make high performers? Their own!

-They are aware of them (there are no good and bad, it is how they live them)

-They can articulate them (they are aware of the main things)

-They bring them to life (you can see them in action)

-They drive exceptional performance

-Repeat

A novice and true expert performer differ in Value self-awareness! It is the rock in the choppy waters and the medal behind the medal.
