No camouflage for high performers

High performers make the future happen. Not fixing, creating. To create their desired future they need a very accurate read on current reality. The truth.

The truth is vital for a high performer. Don’t tell me I am a little faster than I am, or a better prepared than I actually am, or a little stronger than I actually am...

The high performer lives in reality. They point towards where reality meets the future and they bring reality upwards. In action. And that gap needs to be the true gap. Where the sea meets the sky!

High performers are learners. This is optimism. Reality embellished to sound better than the truth: our brain knows something is up!

High performers avoid camouflage. They point forwards and make it happen.
