All prices listed are GST inclusive and are in NZ dollars. If you use the currency widget you can display both NZ & AUD dollars. However all final payments are made in NZ dollars,

Secure online payment options are via Visa/Mastercard.

We use the secure Hosted Payment page solution from Stripe payments to process online orders. This Hosted Payment page enables us to offer customers a safe and speedy online shopping experience.

Customers can be confident that their details are protected and are used only for purposes of transaction fulfilment. Simplify2Perform does not store cardholder or card information.

SHIPPING INFO

The ITEM/S will be shipped direct to your address.
​
We ship using our print suppliers worldwide, therefore shipping rates will vary.
​
​Delivery is usually within 7-10 working days, depending on location. This is also due to the nature of having the items ordered, printed and sent from our suppliers across the world. 
​
Please provide any special instructions in the Cart section. 
​
For overseas orders, you will need to select the correct purchasing icon for any orders outside of NZ and Australia.

RETURNS POLICY
 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at info@simplify2perform.com  within 5 days from the date of delivery to arrange a refund or exchange.

Return shipping for a refund or exchange is the responsibility of the customer and we will cover the cost of returning the exchanged item.
​
The ITEM/S must not be used and be in its original condition. If these conditions are not met the refund or exchange will not be processed.
​
If a product proves to be faulty Simplify2Perform will either refund or replace the product.
​
Simplify2Perform will not replace, remedy or refund the product under circumstances of vandalism, misuse or general lack of care.
