Who is this course for?

This masterclass is for the Transitioning Leader either entering a leadership position or who is in a leadership position and looking to explore new or additional areas.

Course Overview 

​

• The Masterclass Simplify & Accelerate is in 4 parts.

• You can choose the part that works for you or start at the beginning.

• You will have actionable insights form the first module.

• Each module is a selected group of 12.

• You will travel the 3 MC module journey with this skilled group of people. 

• We follow a sport model of building a 'tight team' to reach your goals, by contributing and learning from a wide group (the 12) and your tight team (3), facilitated by your head coach Richard Young. On finishing this course you can then decide if you would like to continue with further modules, in this series.

• Module 3: Present-Fixing to Future-Creating

• Module 4: Building the HP Ecosystem
