To simplify means living consciously. Knowing what works and removing what doesn’t; fast.
The world of more does not win the long game. Ask your own grandparents or someone elses. Life experience prioritises less. Performance experience prioritises less. As one Olympic coach said before the Rio Olympics, ‘It is up to me as a coach to create an uncomplicated environment for my athletes. We are building leaders, and they cannot show their leadership in competition if their mind is full of complications.’
This is a learned skill and a competitive advantage.
