Own your jargon!

High Performing Teams define their jargon!

High performing teams (transformational teams) can overuse words they are familiar with but they are always clear on the definition.

Low performing teams (transactional teams) make assumptions that definitions are clear.

Give your people permission to give their best by defining the words you and your organisation use so often. Your people may not longer feel they can ask: 'what do you mean exactly'? Like going to a party and meeting someone for the 5th time and your forgot their gets harder the longer it goes!

High performing teams own their language, own the meaning and own the measure. Don't assume your people know exactly what you mean. You get what you inspect not what you expect: check your definitions. A high performance start point that always delivers!
